Barefoot Books
2023As the Graphic Design Intern at Barefoot Books, a renown children’s books publisher, I created entire marketing campaign assets ranging from website banners to social media assets.
I also designed beautiful outlines and end matter for upcoming titles Firefly Galaxy and Message in the Mooncake, and facilitated the print production process to edit artworks according to printing specs.

Black Metropolis Research Consortium
2024Black Metropolis Research Consortium is a Chicago-based association of libraries, universities, and other archival institutions with major holdings of materials that document Black, African American and African diasporic culture, history, and politics, with a specific focus on materials relating to Chicago.
I refreshed the branding for BMRC with patterns and colors inspired from Chicago’s flags and African American (i.e. Gee’s Bends) quilts. In addition, I produced printed materials and 20th annversary logo, which was ultimately not used.
